Every parent wants to do what's best for his or her child, and working with special needs kids can add an entirely new dimension to that concept. Who is going to pay for it all? Therapy, medical equipment, tutors, respite care and special technology can be expensive. What is a parent to do? Forgo treatment? No. Pick up that phone and start dialing, there are several organizations out there that offer financial support for kids diagnosed with special needs.
